UMC will host a Bible study

Launch of Divorce Support and Divorce Support for Children (DC4K)

BELLEVILLE – Divorce Care for Adults and DC4K (Divorce Care for Kids) is currently underway at New Life Church, 101 N. Beech Street, Burnham, PA and Locust Grove Church at 3358 W. Main Street, Bellevile, PA.

The Divorce Care program operates in conjunction with Divorce Care for Kids (DC4K). In Burnham, parents attending Divorce Care at New Life Church are encouraged to enroll their children there at Divorce Care for Kids (DC4K) while families attending the Belleville Group will enroll their children at Locust Grove. Registration can be done in advance by calling the telephone numbers below. DC4K is a student support group for children ages 5-12 whose families are going through separation/divorce.

At DC4K, kids indulge in crafts, games, activities, DVD dramas, and music. The program is scheduled to run until December 12, 2022 and will feature small groups. DC (Divorce Care) for Adults is a divorce support group that meets weekly for 13 weeks to help adults recover from the pain of separation and divorce. Participants experience a warm and caring environment led by caring people who are eager to help participants find healing and wholeness in the midst of their situation. A DC participant said, “My life was pretty much a mess when I started DivorceCare.

Reverend Glen Bayly to speak at First Baptist in Mifflintown

Bayly is ordained with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He served as senior pastor in VA, VT and PA for 38 years. Gator Wilderness Camp School Outreach Dinner Planned

BELLEVILLE – Gator Wilderness Camp School announces its annual Camp Gator Awareness Dinner to be held at Locust Grove Mennonite Church on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. Alligator

Wilderness Camp School is a nonprofit school for boys ages 10-16 in Southwest Florida.

At Gator Wilderness Camp, the boys focus on building relationships, problem solving and learning
