Kaduna State Police Command on Thursday paraded two suspects arrested in connection with the murder of Abdulkarim Na’Allah, son of Senator Bala Na ‘Allah, representing the southern senatorial area of ​​Kebbi, in the state. of Kebbi.

The command also paraded Usman Abubakar, a notorious kidnapper terrorizing the LGAs of Chukun, Igabi and Giwa in Kaduna State.

Abubakar would also have
links to the recent kidnapping of students at Greenfield University, Bethel Baptist High School and the Federal School of Forest Mechanization, all located in Kaduna.

Young Na’Allah was killed on August 29, when thugs entered his Malali GRA resident, Kaduna.
The suspects, 22-year-old Bashir Mohammed, and 28-year-old Nasir Salisu Balarabe, reportedly took away valuables, including a Lexus sport utility vehicle belonging to the deceased.

They reportedly sold the vehicle for 1 million naira in the Republic of Niger.

Marking suspects at a press briefing, command spokesperson Mohammad Jalige said the two main suspects in Na’Allah’s murder were arrested following investigations by the Special Intelligence Bureau (SIB).

He said the suspects sold the deceased car in the Republic of Niger for 1 million naira and were sharing the money.

Jalige said one of the suspects was an immediate neighbor of the deceased.
He said: “Upon receiving the report of the unfortunate incident, the command immediately ordered that a full-scale investigation be carried out by the Special Intelligence Bureau (SIB) to elucidate the circumstances of the despicable act.”

According to him, the investigation gave a positive result with the arrest of the main suspects, a Bashir Mohammed who happened to be the immediate neighbor of the deceased and Nasir Salisu Balarabe.
Jalige said the suspects “confessed that on August 28, 2021 at around 1 a.m., he entered the vicinity of the deceased’s residence while it was raining, climbed the roof and removed the nails from the roofing sheets to clear the way for them. next move which is to kill and steal said vehicle.

“That on August 29, 2021 at around 2:00 am, Bashir Mohammed, Nasiru Salisu Balarabe aka Uban-Daba and Usman aka Dankano again invaded the house and entered through the roof, hacked the deceased and took away his Lexus sport utility vehicle. , Apple Ipad, Samsung cell phone, three (3) fabric materials in different colors and wristwatches.

“The suspects confessed to having committed the offense and further stated that the vehicle was sold in the Republic of Niger for 1 million naira with the proceeds shared between them.”

Jalige said investigations are underway to arrest the fugitive suspect for diligent prosecution.
He also said that one Usman Abubakar, a notorious kidnapper terrorizing the LGAs of Chukun, Igabi and Giwa in Kaduna state, was arrested by security forces following credible reports.

“On August 29, 2021 at around 9:00 a.m., based on credible information, the Operation Yaki Monitoring Team and the FIB STS Force Headquarters in Abuja jointly raided a house in the Ring Road Asikolaye area of ​​Kaduna, where a 41-year-old Usman Abubakar ‘m’ from Adakpa village, Bukkuyum local government area in Zamfara state, a notorious kidnapper terrorizing local government areas of Chikun, Igabi and Giwa from Kaduna State.

Jalige said the suspects confessed to kidnapping numerous people and collecting multiple ransoms.

“It also has links to the recent attacks on Greenfield University, Bethel Baptist Academy and the Mando Kaduna School of Forestry Mechanization.

“The investigation has since started and the suspect is currently assisting police with vital information on how to arrest his criminal accomplices,” the police spokesperson said.

He said the command succeeded in apprehending 25 suspected criminal elements, recovered 10 different types of firearms, including; English pistol, locally made pistols, shotguns, Danish pistol, locally made Ak47 rifles as well as salvage of five (5) motor vehicles of different brands.
