CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The temperature was in the upper 90s on Friday afternoon as the kids and their parents stopped by the Heritage Park Splash Pad for the last Clarksville Parks & Recreation Splash Pad Party of the season.

Children were given beach balls, bubble machines and water bottles to enjoy the water spurting from the paddling pool.

School will start in a few weeks and, along with Heritage Park, this was the fourth splash event this year, with others taking place on the paddling pools at Edith Pettus Park and Lettie Kendall Park.
