Tina DeRee Kilgore Dalton, 61, of Whitwell, Tennessee, was called to heaven on October 10, 2022.

She was born to the late Raymond Kilgore and Dorothy Williams Kilgore on July 20, 1961. Tina was saved at the age of 12 and loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was an active member of Baptist Hill Baptist Church until her illness prevented her from pursuing her vocation. Tina graduated in 1980 from Marion County High School and married her husband of 42 years, Mike Dalton, on August 1, 1980. She was a loving wife and mother, loved everyone she came in contact with. Tina loved gardening, working with her flowers, being outdoors, and enjoying the walking trails in South Cumberland State Park and the Smoky Mountains. She loved to listen to gospel music and her favorite band was the Gaithers.

Tina was predeceased by her father, Raymond Kilgore; mother, Dorothy Kilgore; stepmother, Nancy Dalton; and his sister-in-law Janice Adkins.

She leaves her precious memories to her husband, Mike Dalton; sons, Shawn Dalton and Zach Dalton; stepfather, Kenneth Dalton; stepmother, Della Dalton; brother, Steve Kilgore, brother-in-law Don (Angie) Dalton, Greg Adkins; many nieces and nephews and special friends, Ralph and Sharon Lauderback.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 12 from 12-2 p.m. CST at Tate Funeral Home, LLC in Jasper, Tn.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 12 at 2 p.m. CST in the chapel of Tate Funeral Home, LLC in Jasper, TN, immediately following the visitation with Pastor Steve Sellers officiating.

Interment will be October 12 at 2:00 p.m. CST at Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee following the funeral.

The carriers are Jeff Belk, Brandon Dalton, Jack Jordan, Wendell Robertson, Bill Robertson and Denver Shrum.
