Ann Lawley, formerly of Pipersville, PA, passed away peacefully after a 10-year battle with Alzheimer’s disease on October 15, 2022, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her husband Richard Lawley and her son Trent Lawley. She is survived by her son Jesse Lawley, her daughter Gayle (Luke) Lawlor, her son Quintin (Sharon) Lawley, her daughter Shannon Lawley, her granddaughter Jessica (Dan) DiBartolo, her grandchildren Adrian Allen, Quintin, McKayla and LaRae Lawley, Rylee Wunch and great grandchildren Alex Eichlin, Shelby (Josh) Grim, Nicholas and Tyler DiBartolo.

Ann was a life member of the Point Pleasant Baptist Church where she was previously active as a Sunday School teacher and known for her creativity in arts and crafts. She was a teacher’s aide for Bucks County IU for over 25 years, enriching the lives of many children with special needs. She also worked at the 1740 house in Lumberville, Pennsylvania for over 30 years. She volunteered at the Doylestown Hospice and Hospital, and in her spare time cared for sick friends.

She had a strong faith and love of God, with which she lived her life. She believed in giving and helping others in any way possible, and her final gift… was herself, to the Humanity Gift Registry for the education of future medical professionals.

Her hobbies included stained glass, sewing and crafts. She loved snowstorms, the cold, flowers, her garden, going for walks every day, garage sales and spending time with her grandchildren. Her love of traveling with friends has taken her across the country, including Canada and Iceland.

She was loved by all who knew her and will be remembered for her courage, strong will, generosity and determination to do what she wanted, when she wanted.
